Benifuuki tea contains high levels of methylated catechins which is known for bitterness and astringency. However, the BENIFUUKI BLACK TEA and BENIFUUKI KAMAIRICHA are produced in such a way that they are markedly smooth and slightly sweet. Both teas also have floral notes.
