Oolong Black Osumi Yuzu Mizudashi

It's very simple to make delicious Cold Brew Tea (Mizudashi). In this example the bottle is about 750 ml.


For this amount of water, you want to add about 3-4 teaspoons of tea and add room temperature or cold water (does not need to be hot). Put the bottle in the refrigerator. The Tea will be ready to drink in about an hour, but, leave it for a few hours (overnight is convenient). Serve. It's awesome. You will have about 2 days to drink the tea. Enjoy!
