This cake is a breeze to make with a few pantry staples and has the perfect amount of sweetness to accompany your favorite cup of tea.
What you will need:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon ChaTo Matcha or Roasted Matcha Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Lightly oil or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a mixer, cream vegetable oil and sugar.
Slowly add milk and eggs, beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, ChaTo Matcha or Roasted Matcha Powder, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture to the egg mixture and blend until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
