Morihan, a teahouse in Kyoto with more than 180 years of tradition, has designed this teapot with functionality and modern lifestyles in mind. The teapot is made of Tritan, a synthetic resin that is BPA-free, heat-resistant, and dishwasher safe. It is lightweight, very durable, and doesn't absorb odors, making it versatile not only for preparing all types of tea, but also for coffee, sauces, dressings, and more. It was created without a handle for easy storage and comes with two removable strainers. The transparent filter can be used on either the front or back side, depending on the fineness of the tea leaves. The stainless filter can be used for fine tea leaves and coffee. The filters rest inside a groove in the spout and are kept in place by the lid. Capacity: 250 ml.
