Yame Oolong

This Limited Edition oolong from Japan Tea Studio 108 is a Nihoncha platinum award winner.  The tea maker went to China to learn how to make oolong tea and came back to Yame where he grew this tea at a very high altitude that is insect-resistant.  This Japanese oolong from the Koshun cultivar is light and fragrant, with floral, honey, and fruity notes. 20 grams.
