Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is a flat-rate of $7.75.
All orders are typically processed within one to two business days, excluding holidays. We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
When you place an online order, you will receive an email confirmation from orders@sfchato.com. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Most orders take approximately four to five business days to arrive once they have shipped. However, due to the global health situation, USPS may experience some delays. Please refer to your tracking number in order to monitor the delivery of your order.
Returns & Exchange
All sales are final with some exceptions of damaged or defective items. Please submit your request for a refund or exchange to info@sfchato.com within 14 days of purchase. Be sure to attach a photograph of the damaged or defective item along with your reason for wanting to return or exchange it. If we issue a refund, you will be refunded the value of the item excluding shipping. Please understand that you will be responsible for paying shipping fees to return damaged or defective items to us. Depending on your method of payment, funds may take up to seven business days to post to your account.
